Overview

The city of Oakland, Mo. adopted the following codes:

  • The International Building Code, 2009 edition. Oakland, Mo. Muni. Code, § 505.010 (adopted with amendments).
  • The International Residential Code, 2009 edition. Oakland, Mo. Muni. Code, § 505.200 (adopted with amendments).
  • The International Property Maintenance Code, 2003 edition. Oakland, Mo. Muni. Code, § 505.020 (adopted) with amendments § 505.030.

Furthermore, the city also adopted the following St. Louis County codes:

  • The St. Louis County Existing Building Code.
  • The St. Louis County Property Maintenance Code.
